Quite naturally, our approach to online market research is client and result focused. We believe that embracing the latest technology gives us an advantage over our competition. As the business environment changes, so must the techniques used to understand it, which is why we use new technology to improve traditional techniques. We approach each client's situation and optimal solution as being unique, and our focus is always on understanding the needs of our client first, then selecting the best and most efficient methodology.

Our approach goes beyond providing graphs, charts and percentages. We believe in helping our clients visualise the information we provide in context and, where requested, we are able to offer actionable solutions. At Zussi Research our clients continue to work with the principals and experienced consultants from the time a project is commissioned until completion. Upon completion we stay connected to our clients, and are happy to address questions that may occur due to changes in the business or market.

Since 1995 we’ve been providing Market Research to our lovely colleagues at Motors.co.uk, Win4Now, Voiceinacrowd and Opinioniser - all part of Data Media and Research.

In 2007, we thought that we should share our expertise with the world, and that’s when Zussi Research was born, and now we’re part of the Daily Mail and General Trust Group.
