Tracking online studies

For a more qualitative insight into your consumers.

Email mystery shopping

Gives you the ability to test the “normal” customer contact experience and assess the level of customer service given through their responses.

In-home testing

Zussi Research can provide detailed online recruitment and pre- and post-test interviews, which will be followed by sending product samples and main interview which will gather respondents’ opinions about the product they tested.

Telephone interview

When respondents are not available online or a specific project requires direct contact, Zussi Research offers the ability to contact consumers through telephone interviews (CATI).


A little bit about us

Since 1995 we’ve been providing Market Research to our lovely colleagues at Motors.co.uk, Win4Now, Voiceinacrowd and Opinioniser - all part of Data Media and Research.

In 2007, we thought that we should share our expertise with the world, and that’s when Zussi Research was born, and now we’re part of the Daily Mail and General Trust Group. This partnership allows us access to 4.2 million fully profiled UK consumers, with multiple forms of contact: email, postal, phone and SMS.
