Recent figures show that last year, there were approximately 74 million mobile phone connections registered in the UK!

The explosion in mobile phone ownership across the globe combined with technological advancements have allowed our clients to utilise an innovative and hugely effective tool to engage with customers “in situ”, quickly and inexpensively.

Clients have used both our SMS and Bluetooth™ technology to take advantage of the excellent response rates and survey customers at sports events, business conferences, music venues, airports, retail developments and even educational institutions.

The Zussi “Fan-textic” Bluetooth™ tool, for instance, currently supports a number of football clubs, engaging with fans at the ground and capturing their views and opinions on a range of products and services offered - everything from season ticket prices to half-time pie quality!

Zussi are also helping to service a client with full Bluetooth™ coverage at a national business conference to provide exhibitors with feedback from visitors, as they walk around the venue, providing organisers with another healthy revenue stream.
